Privately-owned small and medium size companies in the corporate sector (up to EUR/CHF 50 million revenue) domiciled in Germany and the German-speaking cantons of Switzerland. Subsidiaries in the U.S. or U.K. of privately-owned companies headquartered in Germany and the German-speaking cantons of Switzerland.

What do I specifically do?

Manage all accounting, compliance and finance aspects of your company including business partnership to CEO and executive board:

  • Develop budgets and financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Support M&A activities (buy- or sell-side)
  • Maintain relationships with auditors, lawyers, tax advisors, and other financial/compliance professionals
  • Oversee the financial statement close process, filing of regulatory reports and accounting records of the company
  • Manage communication, relationship and reporting to lenders and investors
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to accounting and finance staff

What is my related experience?

Served as Interim Accounting & Finance Lead for a Munich-based robotics company over a 3-month period:

  • Provided strategic financial guidance and analysis to the CEO, supporting informed decision-making throughout the project
  • Prepared cash flow forecasts under various scenarios, impacting financing and exit decisions
  • Supported sell-side M&A activity and post-acquisition integration


Broad accounting, controlling, finance, tax expertise:

  • Prepared and analyzed cash flow forecasts, projections, budgets, and financial trends to identify key business drivers and generate actionable insights
  • Reviewed and critically challenged various due diligence reports (commercial, financial, tax, legal) and prepared comprehensive deal summaries
